I’ve struggled with chronic anxiety all my life and as an over thinker, i’ve realised going over and over situations in my head has never made life easier, it only gives a false sense of control. It’s defo not as easy as just “not thinking” but my best moments are when i’m able to abandon all the noise in my head and trust my instincts.
